You are responsible for your holiday home hire service, including the accommodation, payments, cancellations and refunds. We do not act as your letting agent or manage your bookings.

Can I list a lodge as well as a caravan?
Yes. You can list a static caravan or a holiday lodge on a holiday park in the UK or Ireland. Each holiday home uses one space in your membership, and you can manage a mix of caravans and lodges on the same account. The same prices, launch offer and listing tools apply to both.
How many holiday homes can I include?
Choose any package size from 1 to 100 holiday homes on either annual or monthly billing. One listing space covers one caravan or lodge, and your whole package is paid for through one subscription. For example, 100 holiday homes cost £1,049 per year or £109 per month.
What would two or three holiday homes cost?
On the monthly plan, two holiday homes cost £11 per month and three cost £12 per month. On the annual plan, two holiday homes cost £69 per year and three cost £79 per year. With a valid launch code at your initial checkout, those first-year totals are £10 and £20 respectively; the following annual renewals are £69 and £79.
Can I list my holiday home for free?
With a valid launch code on the annual plan, your first holiday home listing is free for the first year. Monthly membership is not included in this offer. Your full annual package price applies at renewal unless you cancel. The offer covers one holiday home only; each additional holiday home costs £10 per year from the start.
Can I add another holiday home later?
Yes. Sign in and choose Change my package to select a package with more holiday home spaces. Each extra space adds £1 per month or £10 per year to the package price. Checkout shows any charge due now and your next renewal amount before you confirm.
Can I downgrade my package?
Yes. First delete enough holiday homes to fit the smaller package, then change your package in My account. Drafts also count. For example, if you have ten saved listings and want five spaces, delete five listings first. Deleting listings alone does not change your subscription or payments.
What happens if a payment fails?
Your listings go offline and show Not live in your dashboard. You can still edit their details, manage dates and reply to existing messages. Use Pay outstanding payment to resolve a failed payment, or Resubscribe if your membership has ended. Eligible published adverts return when payment and membership are active again.
What happens if I cancel?
Cancellation stops future renewal payments. A subscription awaiting cancellation keeps its allowance until its paid-through end date. After your paid membership ends, your adverts are no longer live, but their details remain available to edit in your dashboard.
Do I deal directly with the customer?
Yes. Guests send a booking request through your advert and you reply from your dashboard. You agree availability, the full price, payment and booking terms directly with them. A request is an enquiry, not an automatically confirmed booking. Caravans To Hire is a listing and messaging platform only. We are not a party to your hire agreement, do not manage the holiday and do not take the guest's holiday payment. You remain responsible for the accommodation and the hire service you agree to provide.
How do I keep my availability up to date?
Open your holiday home in the owner dashboard, choose Manage dates and click the dates you want to change. Mark your selection unavailable when a booking is agreed, or make them available again after a cancellation. Sending a booking request does not block dates automatically.
